Obama vs. Romney

The news networks are all talking about the two speeches today. I often hear Republicans say Obama or the Democrats don't have a plan. From my point of view there is a plan, the Republican simply won't vote for it.
But, I would like to know Romney's plan. I know cut taxes, I know cut services but has he given any specifics? I know he wants deregulation but do we know which ones he wants to end? I assume he wants to end banking regulations but what about labor, environmental, OSHA, basically what does he want to deregulate.

We have the cliff notes but what about details. Is America simply suppose to "trust" him?

Seriously, has he released any details?

just yank out the usual *tools*- tax cuts, deregulation, etc. and I guess that that's good enough for the teabaggers and low info voters. Of course, everybody demands that Dems have *plans* but then doesn't pay attention to them when they do present them and then the Republicans just shred them to pieces and won't seriously consider them anyway. They just yell that Dems don't have a plan and then tell people that so much that they believe it.
