Parents shouldn't listen to their kids about anything, especially when it comes to decisions about whether or not to support marriage equality!

Obama got out of line on this one, they can't let that stand. But they can't risk turning-off Latino voters either.

will be very entertaining to watch from now through November. They have basically been against anything and everything that President Obama has proposed and/or done. They have boxed themselves in on just about everything at this point.

The more pragmatic ones recognized immigration reform was necessary not only because it was right, but more important to them it would prevent losing the latino vote for several generations. They were simply stalling until they were in power, so as to deny Obama a victory. Of course, the tea-bagging base wants no part of giving brown-skinned people any rights at all. Obama neatly side-stepped them all, and gave a crushing blow to the GOP.

Yup- Of course, they could have also done something when Bush was POTUS since they had Congress for six whole years but they blew that opportunity too.

Oh well.......

and not had to deal with the tea-bagger faction. Or they could have taken care of it in a bi-partisan effort under Obama, and claimed a co-victory.
