Romney is still running nearly even with Obama nationally, so I wouldn't call his campaign a shambles yet.

(and I think those are often skewed anyway), I doubt anyone can say it's a well-oiled machine. I've never seen such lack of organization or coherence in a run-up for president in my life. Whether or not he wins isn't my point.
