(2,307 posts)It would take congress to impeach a judge on the SCOTUS, we have nothing to say in the matter. Like wise we have no say in who is placed on the court.
They serve for life and frankly don't care how we feel.
We elect a president who nominates, and a senate who confirms, that is our only part of the process.
