Did the Supreme Court decision on the Affordable Health Care Act leak?

I was talking with someone who watches the news networks and CNBC. He is picking up hints that there are some very odd stock trades going on. It could be people placing a bet on which way the decision goes, but it could be people with inside information.

This is my retired Dad. What he's picking up on are hints that the commentators think something is going on, but don't dare say anything because they can't prove it. They're all sitting there trying not to let a word slip out, which is akin to trying not to think of a blue rhinoceros!

4. Prediction:

Jun 2012

Mandate will go, rest of law will stand. Will bookmark for tomorrow.

I just hope the whole law doesn't get struck down. The joygasms from the right and corporate media would be unbearable (as sickening as they are). I want to hear them wailing and gnashing their teeth that at least most of it remains intact.

I could be wrong, too, but I think a lot of people will be shocked with tomorrow's outcome. We'll see.

If we're wrong, it'll be a one-two punch for Obama: Holder contempt vote and ACA strikedown.

They'll strike the entire thing down. Insurance companies need the mandate to survive so I'm sure they are hosing their money around to gut the entire thing.

Hopefully I'm wrong tho.

Do they really want to get rid of it?

Furthermore, wouldn't striking down the mandate at the federal level invalidate MA law?

19. NO!! THE SUPREMACY CLAUSE!!!!!

Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, known as the Supremacy Clause, establishes the U.S. Constitution, U.S. Treaties, and laws made pursuant to the U.S. Constitution, shall be "the supreme law of the land." The text decrees these to be the highest form of law in the U.S. legal system, and mandates that all state judges must follow federal law when a conflict arises between federal law and either the state constitution or state law of any state. (Note that the word "shall" is used, which makes it a necessity, a compulsion.)

Everyone I've heard on TV is saying they'll at least overturn the mandate. The speculation there could be driving their trading, maybe?
