(27,312 posts)"Obama is in over his head..." And that whole, Obama is out of touch tour of swing states was a ridiculous waste of time. That whole rovian tactic of conferring your own weaknesses on your opponent was a great big bust.

(308 posts)The fact that Obama went from (+5) down to (+3) and back to (+5) looks like a good sign that Obama is not being hurt by the health care ruling.
The current tracking poll has a range from June 25-July 1. That means that several days of polling after the ruling are included. We'll know more in a few days once the tracking poll extends further into this week.
CNN's new poll, taken largely after the health ruling shows a (+3) lead.
Rasmussen, as is so often the case, has once again gone from an Obama lead back to a Romney lead again (+2).

There wouldn't be much to worry about. But, the ACA benefits have to be explained more seriously, IMO.
