Just a little post for ultimate unity: Scott Walker wants to build a wall along the Canadian border

No matter how bad you think Bernie or Hillary or Martin may be......

It's not just the southern border: Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says it's "legitimate" to discuss building a wall separating the United States from Canada, as well.

The Republican presidential contender said the idea of a northern border has come up while he has campaigned in New Hampshire.

In an interview for NBC's "Meet the Press" available online, Walker said his tough talk to securing the borders and enforcing U.S. laws extends to the 5,525-mile Canadian border as well.

And a glass dome over the entire continent, to discourage people on balloons and hang-gliders from sneaking over the walls.

it leaves both coasts open to intruders. Why bother
with walls anyway? Just use mines; those can be placed anywhere.

Has this guy ever seen how wild the territory along the northern border is?

Take it from someone who grew up on it, Walker is totally batshit eat-a-paint-chip crazy insane.

I've yet to meet a single Canadian who doesn't look with horror at what's happening in the USA.
The most common exchange - "they're just ... so ... stupid!" along with an inability to converse on the topic, further.
Like -- for fucks sake: Trump. Putting a lid on it. That Trump defines what is and isn't an "issue" in the USA - what the US will be voting for or against.

Lord have mercy.

Sorry if that bothers anyone but - it's a fact. There's just no way of discussing the USA any more without throwing one's hands up and saying "they're just fucking stupid!", then going on to discuss how the rest of the world can handle problems like climate change, unending wars for profit, corporate greed, and trying to reign in the sheer stupidity of the USA and to create systems that bypass their corrupt one.

Nobody expects an answer - or any help - coming from the USA. Nobody.

When we were married back in the dark ages, we made a conscious decision to live in the U.S. rather than Canada. We should have picked Canada.
