so once again Josh Marshall (Talking Points Memo) has ZERO Bernie coverage--what's up?

I've had his site bookmarked to check for daily news for at least eight years, and I'm officially deleting him from my links.

I've checked it almost daily for months and the lack of Sanders coverage is stunning. It's like the man doesn't exist.

Is Josh Marshall an HRC campaigner or something? Whatever the case, it's shameful and I'm done. I wasn't a paid subscriber so why should he care, but the blackout on his name is still staggering.

These people are in for a big shock over the next six months.

I've known a lot of mainstream Dems with money--esp. the inside-the-beltline NC Dems with their posh parties who are utterly clueless about what's really going on. But, I didn't think they would be so deliberate in trying to suppress movements for economic equality. And for some reason I thought Josh Marshall wasn't part of the neoliberal mainstream. Oh well.

1. You must have really gotten to him. Sanders is the main story.

That was sarcasm, of course. I love Josh and Crew's take on the news.

2. really? I posted this TWO minutes after going to his site and didn't see anything!

I mean, every day I scan his site for Bernie coverage. For three months I've thought, I'm going to start a chart and a content analysis to prove it. I've been meaning to post something here about it but kept thinking I must be imagining things.

Maybe it's because I'm not a paid subscriber?

Let's see if he'll provide daily coverage like he does for Trump. Even one story a day would be more than he gives to HRC and Trump. That'd be good enough for me.

Thanks!

3. Don't know what to tell you. Caching problems? Rendering issues?

I have non-standard colors and fonts so sometimes the ad banner at the top obscures the central story placement. But it's there. I can't say how much Sanders coverage there's been for the past month or so but he hasn't been ignoring him.

4. I know the story wasn't there when I posted here, and there's been little coverage

But maybe they meant to put it up at 2 PM.

I've checked every single day and rarely see Sanders coverage. This is not my imagination.

So the fact that a story went up, finally, after the Liberty speech is great.

I've appreciated his coverage of issues in the past, which is why I've been so disappointed. If there's a change afoot, great.

5. I've noticed it too, TPM is very biased

Usually they're good at reporting the latest political breaking news, yet they COMPLETELY ignored yesterdays polls showing Bernie crushing Hillary in NH and leading in IA, and also ignored the CNN poll. Sanders coverage has been severely lacking.

And figures, they pick the most controversial line from Bernie's speech and headlined it on their website.

Notice how the top rated comments are commenters saying how him saying America was founded on racism will sink any chance he ever had.

Because, with all these media black-outs, we're going to have one helluva surprise party for the DC Bubble, media elites and 1 percenters come February!
