Bernie Sanders could run a very serious and competitive third party candidacy

I know he won't and he shouldn't but I truly think it would be a competitive 3 way race. A lot of people are really fed up with the Decomcratic and Republican party. I imagine the Hillary camp is sincerely grateful, and they should be, that he has pledged not to mount a third party campaign which would be devastating for her and the Democrats.

The disrepect heaped upon Sanders by the Clinton surrogates and some of her supporters is apalling. The scorn and dismissiveness cast upon us true progressives and liberals is insufferable. Getting the shitty end of the Democratic Third Way stick for decades is a slap in the face a lot of the times.

How many times do we have to be right and how many times do the New Democrats have to be wrong before some sanity is returned to our Party?

Many of us are angry about it.... rightfully so.

But it's a damn good thing Bernie is as earnest and well meaning as he is and not go off to pull a Nader. Be thankful HRC folks.

You will not see that candidate pulling voters from the right but only from the left splitting the left into.

Just a reality in the two party system that has been established and maintained.

My gods, are you just here to make sure that Bernie supporters here never support Hillary if she happens to win the primary?

Seriously, a post that lauds on Bernie Sanders Refusal to run as a third party candidate and the fact that he promises to support whoever wins the primary, and you decide to take a big old steaming crap on the thread, Bernie Sanders, and his supporters here.

I mean, the only thing I can think of is that you are here to anger Sanders supporters into hating your candidate more.

If you are a Hillary supporter, and I am really starting to doubt it, start showing some goddamned sense and realize that Sanders voters tend to vote democrat too and if Hillary wins she will need a few of us to actually show up!
