Bill Clinton Is Coming To Hillary's Rescue

Hillary Clinton is calling in reinforcements. As her poll numbers drop and her third-quarter fundraising haul falls within an unexpectedly slim margin of Bernie Sanders', she's decided it's time to deploy her secret weapon: Her husband.

While Politico reports that Hillary's campaign "had always planned to deploy the former president as a rainmaker this fall," Bill Clinton's entry is sooner — and broader — than initially expected. The former president is using his interviews to push his wife's campaign, helping out with a top Clinton super PAC, engaging in "high-level discussions about 2016," and appearing in email chains. As Politico puts it, "his walk-on role as human cash machine is becoming a speaking gig, too."

"They will use him appropriately, but make no mistake: He's very important to her and important to this campaign," a Clinton family friend and adviser told Politico. "And he's a very popular guy."

How fucking sexist is that? She needs her philandering husband's help. She should have thrown his ass to the curb a long time ago.

I try not to judge, but fuck

It really is offensive that a female candidate - any female candidate - would have to be helped out by the man in her life.

Women should rise or fall on their own merits. If a female candidate can't stand on her own, she shouldn't be running. Period.

That's the reality. Voters don't like or trust her, so they are rolling out the popular Clinton to try to remind people that if Hillary wins Bill will be back in the WH too. As a woman, I find it appalling that Hillary can't stand on her own two feet and win this nomination by herself.

I don't believe the negative slant was given when other spouses gave support.
Instead of editorializing, and making shit up to attack Clinton with, perhaps they could report the facts.

They are doing everything they can to twist, distort, attack. I hope people are smart enough to see through it....and ethical enough to avoid jumping in the shit to reinforce their candidate.

The first female president should be able to get elected on her own merits not on nostalgia for her husband.

I would have divorced Bill, but she couldn't. I'd have divorced his ass, changed my name to Hillary Rodham, then done my thing, on my own.

Hillary is calculating though, and I'm sure she weighed all the pros and cons when deciding whether to stay or go. She knew if a divorce happened she'd never be president. She knew she would need him when it was her turn. Yet, she wants to be seen as a strong woman who makes her own decisions and can be the leader of this country.

I would think more of her if she didn't have Bill in her back pocket, using his name and influence to get ahead all these years.

Of course Bill is going to campaign for his wife. Furthermore she doesn't need rescuing.

Trash tabloid style article.
