Just call it Romneycare!
Personally, I've taken to just referring to the ACA as Romneycare whenever I discuss it. "I can't believe Roberts wrote the opinion upholding Romneycare!" "Just wait until Romneycare kicks in." "One of Obama's greatest achievements was passing Romneycare."
It drives the Mittenheads mad. I really wish the Obama campaign would follow suit. Although one might question the wisdom of naming one of your top accomplishments after your direct rival, I don't think anyone on the left would be confused. Meanwhile, it would eviscerate Romney.
I would love to see a speech or commercial where Obama himself refers to the ACA as Romneycare. Can you imagine the DNC erupting in thunderous applause as Obama delivers a line such as: "I made the DREAM Act a reality, I killed Osama bin Laden, and ladies and gentlemen, I BROUGHT YOU ROMNEYCARE!!""
