I was rather disappointed in two things about the debate:

First, I became irritated with Webb for whining about not having his share of time. He was right, but he also hasn't exposed himself very often in the campaign...to this point in time, at least. By the third time, I was totally disgusted. He sounded like a spoiled brat.

I also thought Hillary was a little too happy. I know she was trying to show a good side of herself that we don't see that much, but a little less would have been more presidential. I got the feeling that Bernie was getting irritated with her, as well. There is a time and place for levity, but with Bernie being so serious, Hillary's humor, although refreshing to a point, really stuck out.

All in all, the Democratic debate was far superior to the GOP's debate in that it moved along quickly and with evidence of a solid grasp of the facts.

The constant complaining about not being able to speak was lame. If he wants to speak, he needs to get out there and run an actual campaign. You can't just do nothing, and then show up at a debate and get equal time.

But, I am not disappointed. I think Webb did okay until one fatal question, yikes. I thought Hillary just smiling the whole time was off putting. The debate was overall a huge success for everyone. The issues people face were talked about. The people talking about them are all credible in their own way. Just don't let Webb anywhere near the red button.
