Bernie mentioned the 63% of Americans did not vote in 2014, and he is currently engaging them to give them a reason to vote for Bernie. The excitement level with Bernie is very high; enthusiasm level to vote is extremely high. I really honestly don't see much enthusiasm on Clinton's side, just an attitude that's really turning off a lot of voters and really won't carry over to the GE.
