Related: About this forumSurvey Monkey bodes poorly for Hillary on issues
The NBC-SurveyMonkey poll
results bode poorly for Hillary
as they run counter to her
policy and her record.
First, Hillary is ahead of Bernie
according to the survey sample.
Lets cherry pick that result.

And it goes on and on...
Hillary is on the wrong side of the issues
according to the majority of those polled.
Bernie is on the right side of the issues.
This poll is a "snapshot" of what the
general electorate is thinking and feeling.
It's what we should expect in the GE.
Hillary cannot win fighting her culture war
and will not convince enough people she has
"evolved" to win the undecided or unaffiliated voters.
No amount of evolution will reverse the
galvanizing effect her brand has in the
republican electorate.
The results of this poll demonstrate that Hillary
cannot win in the general election.
She may be ahead of Bernie with the
over 50, white voters, but she's trailing
in every other metric.

(3,498 posts)Who you vote for is immaterial.
Those polled and the general electorate
are nothing like a hard core Clintonista.
Thinkingabout
(30,058 posts)the same issues. Oh, and the name calling.

(3,498 posts)Bernie believes what he says
and has a record to support his
long standing positions.
Hillary is parroting Bernie and Elizabeth Warren,
and not very well at that, while pretending to evolve
The simple fact Hillary is parroting those to her left
illustrates that Bernie is winning, Hillary is saying...

They absolutely do vote according
to their flawed, yet deeply held values.
Experience is window dressing
to republican voters... Romney???
He's got experience, but not in public service.
