I like Bernie but I don't like Bernie supporters.
http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1251&pid=721756

REASON FOR ALERT

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

ALERTER'S COMMENTS

Broad-brushed disruptive attack of Sanders supporters. Inappropriate. Enough!

You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Sat Oct 24, 2015, 11:39 PM, and the Jury voted 1-6 to LEAVE IT.

Juror #1 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Can't wait to see if this gets a loaded jury. Considering he is commenting on the event walkout being rude, it shouldn't be hid.
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #3 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I find your use of the word "broad" highly offensive.
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Pretty mild. The Bernie supporter who alerted on this needs to grow a thicker skin.
Juror #5 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #6 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I can't really get too worked up about this when I have seen some of the comments that are allowed to stand on DU.

Thank you very much for participating in our Jury system, and we hope you will be able to participate again in the future.

You're a constant complainer about juries being loaded for Bernie so I was glad to see this jury's result.

When I'm on a jury, I don't vote according to candidate preference, therefore I've long taken exception to your belief in stacked juries.

worthy or hideworthy at all. Prior to the primaries, this kind of thing would not even be alerted and if so it would be a 7-0 not to hide.

The fact that we are cheering on this jury result shows how screwed up things have become.

all the candidates were there until the end of the function, and some here want to accuse him of bailing. they are the ones grasping at straws. typical. No legitimate policy criticisms, so they go after the banal and ridiculous. I'm not surprised.

is there a mandated "mingle time"? maybe he mingled before the event. maybe he was at a house party earlier that day. bernie supporters have a lot of house parties.

jeez louise, if this is all people have to criticise bernie about, then he is gonna win big.

i have a hard time keeping up

since we don't know the excruciating details of his schedule, we don't know about other opportunities he had to interact with voters.

he is in it to win, and i am pretty sure after all these years, he knows what he is doing. but if you are concerned, i am sure his campaign will be happy to read your email or tweet advising him of the optimum strategy.

...event could there have been?

Hillary Clinton was in Washington on Thursday and was grilled for 11 hours, ending at 10:00 PM. She arrived home at 11:00 (CNN had cameras outside, before you ask how I know) and was out speaking at the Women's Forum at 9 AM Friday morning and made two more appearances on Friday before flying out to Iowa.

How much more more "grueling" could his schedule have been than that? Maybe being President will be too much for him?

it is HIS schedule, let him tend to it

but as i said, his campaign will no doubt appreciate a well thought email with some good campaign advice.....

as to the "is he too old" question, that does not warrant a response.

What? You think he is lazy? You think he does not want to be close and talk to people?

Say what you will but he is working is old ass off and easily available almost all the time including in airports or on planes since he sits with us commoners. This has to be the stupidest thing I have read here all day and there have been a multitude of stupid things to read.

He tends to cut out of these events early. He's done it multiple times. Hillary normally does too. I am guessing she stayed this time because Bill loves retail politics. O'Malley is really the only one who excels at retail politics.
