2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumIf Howard Dean was running for the 2016 Democratic nomination.........
If anti-war, and progressive former DNC chairman Howard Dean was running for president against Hillary Clinton, right now, would the race be tighter? Would the DNC (Democratic National Committee) be torn to who to support? Would Hillary be in deep trouble in N.H, Vt., Mass., etc.? Who would have won the nomination?

OP
My post is not silly. It's meant to say that Dean would have been formidable in 2016.

I'm trying to say that anything could have happened. Dean could have ran for president in '16.

(18,421 posts)1. It doesn't really matter to be honest.
It's not the case.

(113,112 posts)2. Dean governed as a moderate. He and HRC align more than not, except that she voted
for IWR, while he only supported the Biden-Lugar version of the IWR - not the one that passed.
Your post is kinda silly, actually. What do you hope to accomplish with it?

He's still popular here on DU and he would have had a good showing in the polls.
