Since it seems to be an important question to ask these days about polls, is this a reliable pollster?

Here's some detail:

Ahead of election day The Glengariff Group, Inc. conducted a 600-sample survey of likely 2012 Michigan General Election voters. The live operator telephone survey was conducted from August 18-20, 2012. 80% of the survey respondents were contact via land-line. 20% of survey respondents were contacted via cell phone. The survey has a margin of error of +/-4.0% with a 95% level of confidence. This survey was commissioned by WDIV Local 4, the Detroit News and WZZM.

They put out rigged polls during the election cycle to be as helpful as possible to the people paying the bills. But the last cycle before the election, they put out a straight poll. That allows them to point to that the next time and say, "See, we were more accurate than the average poll in the last cycle." People fall for that little trick.

That's for the masses. They are locked into place so the authorities will know where to arrest them if necessary, then given the conceit of a home state or city to occupy them with chauvinism while the rich steal their labor power. After all, without a home state, how would they know which football team to invest their energies into?

The rich simply go hither and thither, occupying their multiple properties, without the slightest concern for silly archaisms like borders, patriotism, and similar feudal holdovers. Capital knows neither border, nor country, nor loyalty of any kind. It aims for accumulation, and that is all.
