and most University polls (not all) are statewide rather than national.

3. Romney down in Rasmussen also

Btw, this has been a pretty good polling day for Obama so far - he's ahead in almost every state and national poll that has come out today.

Romney even dropped 2 points in the Rasmussen national poll from +2 down to a TIE.
