Confessions of a Campaign Voyeur

I admit to being a political voyeur because I look at the Federal Election Commission contribution web site to see who gave what to whom. http://www.fec.gov/disclosurep/pnational.do A friend of mine is the rather well to do owner of several television stations. Looking at her record of donations on the Newsmeat site, I see that she has never before donated to the campaign of a presidential candidate. Myself and other friends have assumed that she leaned Republican although she’s in a position where it’s tough to declare one way or another. My keyboard just suffered severe jaw drop damage. She donated $2,500 to the campaign of Barack Obama.
