2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumI am so very very pleased with how Gov O'Malley
did on the Maddow Forum in South Carolina last night. He was in the moment.. sitting forward.. putting out his plans.. he was a man on fire..
By the way folks.. they all did good.. let me just say that.. but I got to see the Gov. this morning, and the only disappointment I have is how short his time was..
I guess that has to do with polling numbers as they are today.
So okay I will accept that..but geez he is the so good.
Can't wait for caucuses.. I know he is going to pull so much better than the poll numbers are now showing..
Good gravy they were good.. dang

(23,272 posts)While I'm sure that forum was watched by political junkies mostly, I'm loving the impact he's made.
His numbers may finally start to move.

(16,296 posts)O'Malley's time will come. Patience padawan the Force will be with you. Makes me feel good we have such stock in our party because it speaks well of futuretime.

He's got an excellent record. I hope folks take a minute to take a look.

(21,054 posts)...I wish he was doing better. He is far, far superior to Hillary. I like Bernie better, but I would support MOM in a New York second!

(40,416 posts)Nor will I due to the infantile behavior here on DU.
However, I am happy to support this post because:
1. I was also impressed by O'Malley. Loved the kilt response!
2. I too thought all three candidates came off very well. Let the GOP try this and it would likely turn into something more akin to a WWF cage match. I think people watching this will know just who the adults are.
3. Rachel Maddow was fucking wonderful, and all three candidates eagerly embraced her questioning as an opportunity. Compare with the children from the GOP who tried to change the debate rules after the CNBC debate. (See my point #2)
Altogether a win for Dems.
