I want to thank Bernie for agreeing to revisit gun manufacturer liability.

Tonight he said he was willing to take another look at the issue. I look forward to his possible support for holding gun manufactures and gun stores accountable for their death peddling.

It's not "NRA backed law protecting manufacturers from civil liability for non-defective products ==> bad" "Dems backed law for gun control ==> good". At least I hope it isn't that absolute

I actually asked a sitting member of congress this question at a Q&A (Seth Moulton, D-MA) and he responded with "I am not familiar with the legislation you are referring to but i can say if the NRA is for it then I am against it". Why must the nation be so polarized?

I am not saying this bill is overall a good or bad thing, but can't we have a conversation about it? Perhaps I will make an OP about it if there is interest.
