Mississippi, Wyoming, etc. etc., want to bitch about big bad government and it turns out that THEY are the ones in the hole.
On second thought, I realize we need every state blahblahblah, so no Dem could ever say this. Which is unfortunate, because it is very, VERY true and might cause people to wake up. The Iowan guy was like no no, we have a balanced budget. He doesn't get that the state is a drain on Americorp
