2016 Postmortem

A metaophor for the election. Very short but not very sweet.

(yes I'm feeling cynical today.)

I'm tired of me and the rest of the US being hit over the head with a hammer.

But come next November, I guess I may have to once once choose to keep being hit over the head with a hammer, because it's slightly less painful than being hit over the head with a mallet.

It would sure be nice if there a choice not to keep being hit over the head -- and instead have a chance to choose a cure for the chronic headaches.
