The DNC laws clearly state that access to voter data will be denied if one candidate's office should take anothers voter data.
The DNC reacted exactly as their contract allowed them to.
They are simply asking the Sanders campaign to turn over all data they accessed and subsequently kept in their files.
4 people currently have this data in their posession. It contains voter records & personal info belonging to the Clinton campaign.
The DNC wants it removed from Sanders files and returned.
They have simply asked for that data turned over to the DNC independent investigators.
And, to be clear, all candidates signed a contract, including Sanders to prevent accessing the private files of other candidates.
This has been breached and the DNC contract rules allow for suspension of the candidate who breached the files.
Its in the contract Sanders signed.

This should go to court so th rules of the contract Sanders campaign signed can be made clear.
There are clear consequences in the contract for accessing & keeping data from another's campaign.
Glad they filed the injunction & hope it goes to court to be resolved.
Honor the contract, & turn over all data.
Thats all the DNC is asking.
