Any thoughts on Romney's Five Point Plan?

Actually, I only see 4 points. A lot of this just talks about Obama's failed policies. (Cash for Clunkers is listed, and you gotta admit, that didn't do much.)

Romney offers to drop corporate income tax to 25%. Given that some companies didn't pay ANY tax last year, I don't see how this helps. Makes more sense to eliminate some loop holes.

Romney says he will reduce spending. No details.

Romney will drop taxes by 20%.

Romney will reduce Social Security and Medicare for more affluent seniors. I've heard this one before but don't remember where.

Eliminate consumer protection act - WHY???

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's not very detailed. And it's definitely trickle-down. But people will want to see if it can work. Can anyone rebut specifics of the plan?
my initiatial thought on Romney's Five Point Plan is:
Draw them together, as fingers, and it's the first step to getting fisted.
Okay ... I'll read the article now.
The most important thing to remember is that whatever he would do it would be done to benefit the rich.
