rape culture in chicago- r. kelly headlines pitchfork music festival.

i am fb friends with an african american alderman here, and he posted a pic of himself with kelly today.
jim d. rogatis has been an advocate for kelly's victims for quite a while. a very interesting (and infuriating) conversation.

A lot of information. I have to admit I don't listen to him, or pay attention to him. It's probably a pity because I like all kinds of music, I don't find rap music more misogynist than other kinds, it does tend to be more direct about it.
