1. WTF? One of my Senators doesn't have an answering machine! I'll call back. Daily. Multiple times.

I think we should also be calling our representatives daily. Though this will die in the House, we should at least let them know we are watching them kill it. I think even the Democrats in the house who would vote for it if it came up for a vote should be made aware that we want them to be talking about it and very publicly making a stand for this.
