help, but I did Google a site on local doctors reviews that listed law suits. You might find it. It was a while ago and I can't exactly remember the name. Also try state doctor reviews.

state to determine if the doctor ever held a medical license there. Next would be a check in each state on what court a malpractice suit is filed in. Then an exhaustive search through those courts. If a female doctor you would want to look for marriage and divorce records due to possible name change. It is way too easy for a doctor to lose their license in a state and get a license in another state.
