Query regarding those who are "flagged for review"...

I sent a PM yesterday and later noticed that the intended recipient is "flagged for review". Are they still able to receive or send private e-mail messages through DU Mail while in this condition? Can they still read DU posts? Is it possible or likely for them to return after being flagged?

2. Anyone can read what's posted on the board, but I'm not sure if they can read private messages

And there are those who have come back from being Flagged for Review, but that's up to the admins. They need to convince the admins they are sincere in changing their behavior or that the post(s) that were removed shouldn't have been. It doesn't happen often.

4. I think I read a long time ago that they were able to read messages, but maybe I imagined that.

I guess you'd have to be logged in to read your messages, so I'm just not sure.

People do return from FFR though. I can think of a couple.
