What is this and why can't I frequently get past it even after clicking the button?

Is this some new feature? I can't get past it 75% of the time and have to back out of what I was trying to do -- either click on a post, answer a post, or try to see a response to one of my posts.

It's not you, it's us. Well actually it's not us -- it's our ad provider. They are running some kind of experiment which we were not supposed to be included in and were not informed about.

I've been in touch with them this morning and they are working to get us excluded from the test so it should be gone very soon if it isn't already. It's not malware or anything like that. My apologies.
