What's going on? Trying to post story

Trying to post a story in General Discussion and I keep getting a "403 Forbidden" every time. I haven't had any trouble posting up until this one, which is just a story from ABC today.

Still can't post it in General Discussion. I guess they don't like my story.

5. That's happened to me numerous times, I found I've got to change the format

For example, when I've posted a description, it allowed me to post when I eliminated the date of the story from the end.

6. I've had that sort of experience as well when I've pasted in a title.

I typed the same title in manually and it worked. I suspect that some character strings may be a worry for site protection at the firewall. I didn't fiddle around to narrow my suspicions to anything specific.
