How do I post a new journal?

I currently have a journal posted, but can't figure out how to create a new one. What am I missing?

But you can add and delete from the journal you already have.

To add, just click on the OP to add it to the journal and to delete, under each article to the journal you will see a link to the original article, just click on that link and click on delete from journal.

"Post a thread in this forum".

When you post, make sure the box is checked that says "Add this post to my journal"
