Ok, dumb question of the day.

On a short thread, it's expanded where you can see all the posts.

On a long thread, I have to click on each post (PLEASE put nt in your title - it really is helpful). Is there a way to expand a long thread to the expanded view? Did this make any sense at all? Wanted to ask this for a long time, but felt like an idiot. I'm past that point now as it's become more annoying.

I find the view all option allows that on longer threads, when they don't appear automatically, too. freshwest Oct 2013 #4

1. Click "View All" by the title on the longer threads

That puts the full text off all the posts under the thread listing; the links then go to the appropriate post on the same page.
