Man returns to confrontation, but this time with a gun. Happy ending ensues.

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A man is facing weapons charges after shooting himself in the leg during a confrontation with his neighbors, according to police.

The preliminary investigation revealed Jacobs was speeding through the neighborhood when confronted by his neighbors, Amos said. He returned to the area with a gun and it discharged.

No other injuries were reported.

Jacobs was arrested and charged with discharging a firearm and brandishing a firearm.

So ....such laws are worthless and are only an inconvenience to the law abiding......

So ...... lawbreakers will also ignore more/any gun laws.

I love it when they blame the gun for going off. It malfunctioned. It discharged. Damn guns seem to have minds of their own.

I do applaud the asshat for shooting himself instead of his mean ol' neighbors.
