i'm thinking of starting an emma thompson fan club.

just watched 'late night'. now, i'm a couple of years older than emma. and i could never look that good. but i saw her a couple weeks ago on colbert pushing her new movie, and by the time she sat on the chair, i had a flaming girl crush.
i havent seen 'good luck to you leo grande' but i cant wait. i dont have hulu, but my current honey does. i'll just stop there.

the colbert clip for this movie came up on yt, so i watched it. it's about a woman w a long running late night talk show, w a room full of emmys, that's gone stale and is about to be cancelled.
in the interview she says- well, it's about a woman w a late night talk show, so it's obviously science fiction.
the whole rest of the interview is hilarious.

the movie is very smart, and she is just stunning. i so dont care about clothes or fashion. but damn. the costumes. makes me want to get a new credit card.

Longtime fan. My wife always mentions Emma whenever we’re having a laugh about my crushes.
