To harvest or not...

Been babysitting some nice indica plants for my friend. She’s off on an adventure and can’t be reached. My dilemma—I’ve been holding off on harvesting because I wanted a little more sugar on the buds. They’ve been looking pretty good. We got ~5~inches of rain over the weekend. I would like to let them dry out some before cutting. I’m afraid they will mold. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Won't hurt to cut one little bud, would it? Cracklin Charlie Sep 2021 #1

Is it supposed to be hot and dry? More rain on the horizon? If it's going to stay dry, spread the limbs out on the bush and let it dry in the sun. If more rain is on the way, probably best cut it if you can't cover it in plastic to keep it dry. Is it ready to harvest?

The buds are pretty sugared on two of them. I was planning on pulling them at the end of the week. I’m in Maine, so we’re headed into cooler days and chilly nights.
