have any non-Oregon residents obtained an Oregon Med Marijuana card?
I have read that Oregon is one of the few states that will issue a Medical Marijuana card to non-Oregon residents, and it will be honored by several other states (not Colorado apparently) but when I printed out the OMMP Application and read it, there seemed to be no way to do it. They want an Oregon ID or similar.
So, websites say it's possible, but the Application doesn't look like it.
Has anyone here gotten one? And if so, could you give us a blow-by-blow?
