Did CNN scrub the "Never Ever" video?

When I go to the link http://www.cnn.com/2016/01/29/politics/hillary-clinton-bernie-sanders-health-care/index.html

The title of the page is:

Clinton: Sanders' health care plan 'will never, ever come to pass'

But the video is not there. A video about NH debate plays and the list of videos below the player does not include the "Never Ever" video.

Anyone have a link?

BTW, on top of sounding crazed in this clip, she's strongly implying that Sanders would repeal Obamacare with nothing passed to replace it. And that isn't just a lie, it's a nonsensical lie. And she knows it perfectly well.
