If the final result is indeed 51-48, that's hardly a defeat for Bernie, though it will be spun as such. Let's remember that Iowa is not one of the most liberal states and that Hillary had a massive lead when the campaign began. This would still be a great result, though I'm hoping Bernie does pull it out when all the caucus votes are counted. Iowa is just the beginning of a very long road and we need to continue working even harder to put Bernie over the top.

More importantly, no matter whether you support Bernie or HRC, take a deep breath, think for a second about President Cruz or President Trump (and a second is about as long as a sane person can consider this without having a coronary) and commit to supporting whomever is the eventual Democratic nominee, whether you really want to or not, because you NEED to!

…Bernie had 20 delegates to HRC's 19! Isn't this really important?

Also, if she's ahead by only .9%, isn't that a loss politically even if it's a win technically? It's basically a tie. 86% of precincts reporting.
