Suggestion for the Super Tuesday states...

...invest in a regional tv broadcast in which Bernie focuses hard on race. Not economic justice at all, but for the entirety of the speech, about race, and with Bernie being seen specifically asking AA and Latino voters for their support. This could be a tipping point moment if he did that.

Also, adopt O'Malley's proposals on institutional racism as close to word-for-word as possible.
