Radio host Tim Black explains why Bernie is more trustworthy than Hillary

http://www.examiner.com/article/radio-host-tim-black-explains-why-bernie-is-more-trustworthy-than-hillary

Try to imagine the headline "Blacks rally in support of status quo." It sounds absurd, and yet that is what Secretary Clinton is counting on to secure the Democratic Party nomination. Tim Black is a radio host and the author of The Truth Hurts, But It Beats A Lie! In the short interview above, he tells some truths about Hillary Clinton that will hurt her supporters; but they need to hear it. He explains why he does not believe Clinton is "a progressive" and why he took the Bernie or bust pledge to write in Senator Sanders or vote for the Green Party candidate if he is not the Democratic Party nominee this November.

Black's online channel has over 56,000 subscribers with over 14,000,000 views. The YouTube monologue that caught this Examiner's attention is titled "Why Bernie Sanders Is The Only Choice #FeelTheBern." He can be found on Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Tumblr, Instagram and Vine. His five star podcast channel is called The Tim Black Show.

His expressed support of Senator Sanders is part of a growing chorus of prominent black Americans doing the same. Most people paying any attention already know that Cornell West, Nina Turner and Killer Mike have endorsed Bernie Sanders. Add to them:

New York Daily News senior justice writer and Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King, tweeted: "Hey Black & Latino voters, Did YOU get the Hillary memo asking you to save her campaign?"
Michelle Alexander, author of the book "The New Jim Crow," published a column in The Nation on Wednesday—titled "Why Hillary Clinton Doesn’t Deserve the Black Vote"
Natalie Jackson, the civil rights attorney, who with Benjamin Crump represented the family of Trayvon Martin during the George Zimmerman trial, has endorsed Bernie Sanders
Ta-Nehisi Coates, author of Between the World and Me, and columnist at The Atlantic, told Amy Goodman on Democracy Now he will be voting for Senator Sanders.
Ben Jealous, former president and CEO of the NAACP, endorsed Sanders stating, "Bernie Sanders has been very consistent in fighting racism, in fighting stupid wars, Vietnam or Iraq, he has been very consistent in fighting greed. When you take those with Hillary, it just gets confusing, confusing."
Harry Belafonte, icon of the Civil Rights Movement in the 1950s and '60s, and one of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s confidants, has endorsed Bernie Sanders.
Erica Garner, Eric Garner's daughter, is featured in an ad for Bernie Sanders.

When Senator Sanders rails against establishment economics, he is referring broadly to neo-liberalism, the political philosophy of both major parties in the United States including Secretary Clinton. You will not hear this in the mainstream, corporate media, but the most alarming and un-American part of the neo-liberal agenda is the imposition around much of the world economy of corporate rule via "free-trade agreements." The TPP, TTIP and TiSA are Trojan horses for corporate self-government, i.e., international, corporate coups des lois.

Peace.
