Today is National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day )-:
It is time to start a serious discussion of the governments involvement in the spread of the disease. Silence = Death they were silent on the issue of this disease because the groups who were mainly effected were groups of people that they didn't believe were important, in some cases groups of people the government is often hostile towards. This attitude effects us all and if we don't fight it we all lose.
