(14,177 posts)I only know one person who watches the TV news. I know they still get more viewers per story. But, I think people go to other outlets more everyone having their own favorite small market for news.

(21,210 posts)old habits are hard to break I spoke to a man last night while phone banking to NY, he said that he only recently heard of Sanders in the media and was inclined to vote for Hillary because he knew her name. I gently suggested that what is portrayed on TV was not the entire truth and suggested, if he had the time, to search out what Sanders said thirty years ago and how he is saying the same thing now. I must say the responses last night, did not call tonight were very positive, but there were several people who were still deciding and thanked me for calling. We need to hit the phones hard this weekend, vote by vote, we can make a difference
My 25 year old son does not have cable and gets all his info from internet sources/stories ... the times they are a changing.

(872 posts)but I assume any article there about Sanders or Clinton is full of lies and not worth my time. The nytimes has totally destroyed its reputation for unbiased reporting.
