I think there should be a policy that if they ban you from the thread, that part is locked. I find it highly unprofessional that a person in charge of banning can turn around and post a reply right after. I am not sure how you got to so many posts to not get banned. I was banned for asking a poster for a link to the claim they were . Not only did they refuse, but the foil hatted talking about a conspiracy for Bernie to steal the votes from the DNC. The tone was a bit aggressive and it was going down a dark path, so told the poster they were going off topic, and I was instantly banned. It was my first thread I had commented on ever. I then asked about blocking the group feeds because I was tired of seeing the HRC spam that I could not even comment on...and the best part is several HRC people followed me in to the thread to insult me for wanting to turn off their feed. They had an issue with the fact I could not take facts or win the argument so I just wanted to hide it instead of debate? I couldn't even respond!!! It was crazy. I am sure it has made my tone here more aggressive since seeing how people get treated for having a normal conversation. Sorry you got banned.

Also the feeling of hitting the delete forever from the feed is nice. The fact our groups can ban people for no reason does make them akin to banner ads, where they are just streaming stuff at us, and we can't do anything about them. That was the main reason I blocked it. IT is amazing how many of the worst posts just vanished, but if you can post anything with no chance of dissent that is the result. I think by default they should all be off since places like those don't fit the definition of free speech (no right to block others).
