5. silvershadow, I'd like to know where this is in CA and when.

Just curious. I'm a Californian. I was thinking Santa Monica, but the words of the poster obscure the skyline and I can't tell for sure, and I don't remember a street that bends like that in Santa Monica. I don't recognize the street. It could be in San Diego (the ocean in SD gets that color of blue--Santa Monica tends to be hazier). Also, I'd like to look up this rally and learn more about what was said, who organized it, and get a feel for the people and place.
