Computer tech help needed for a Bernie thing. How do you post the letters

that Bernie sends as emails? I've seen it before, so I know it can be done. I just tried to save an email, but it only lets me save as a webarchive, not at a document or picture. I'd love to upload it to photo bucket to share... Thanks if anyone here knows what I am talking about. Peace.
