DU's (unofficial) Bernie and Jane's Anniversary Celebration/Donation Drive

Unofficial in every way, as I cannot and do not speak for either DU or Bernie and Jane/their campaign. I'm just an enthusiastic supporter and voter.

Bernie and Jane Sanders will celebrate their 28th Anniversary just a few hours from now, on the 28th! Let's do our part and help them celebrate, with as big a donation drive as we can muster! Only for those who are able! Bernie and Jane would never want you do give to the campaign if it means you will do without! That said, we CAN do this!

I am suggesting $28 as a base, to honor their special day. I am also suggesting multiples of 28 if you can give more. So $28, or $56, $84, or $112 would be ways to send your message of love and support.

Note that Bernie is splitting donations right now with Russ Feingold, so I am suggesting if you can give more than a base donation, please do so, knowing it will support true Progressives and progressive causes.

Finally, don't forget to use the Act Blue/DU link Omaha Steve so graciously set up for us. If you can't afford $28, please still send $5 or $10 anyway if that's what you can do. Every little bit matters, and we are in the home stretch of primaries. Several states at stake, and California is ginormous in terms of expenses.
