It's like a train wreck. I can't stop looking. It really is too bad that the new system was delayed. Hillary supporters have gotten worse by a magnitude in the last couple of days. The fact that they are not concerned at all about the validity of the election results is an awful revelation. It is sad to see the place melt away. It's sad to see what has happened to this country. I never thought I would see a future Dem president join hands with * and his brother. People here are good with that. A hand out to take money from Rethugs does not even get a notice! 9. At one time we here were united against Citizens United, Big Money running our government, the

corruption of the corporate-media, and the power of the Oligarchy. Now we see some "Democrats" embracing those very things and why? Seems to me that Authoritarian Adulation takes precedence over helping those among us that are struggling. It's not the issues because deep down they agree with the Progressives on the issues. I have asked time and again to explain on which issues championed by the Left do they disagree with. Never a response. How sad that they put support of big corporations ahead of helping the 16 million children living in poverty.

So smart and experienced in life experiences. I miss him.

Even tho I picked libodem for my screen name, it should have been progressivedem. I think Jackpine was of a progressive bent, too. I think he might have been dismayed at the conservative tide, of Hillary supporters. There is an authoritarian streak in those sisters and they are something to tangle with.

And I'm a "sister"...serious feminist since the early '70's. But I took the equality thing seriously. Can't vote for a woman because she's a woman. She has to share my very progressive views.
