As much as I've been for Bernie, I can't deny the following...

- If Trump wins, I and many others may lose the ACA, and I'll likely lose access to health insurance again.
- If Trump wins, old style racism may become popular again, general discrimination will become popular again (and maybe even death or a serious receding of the social liberalism movement.) As a minority, that is a serious issue to me.
- If Trump wins, I'll have to fear the Supreme Court going back to right wing control

As much as I have serious problems with Hillary, I have a lot to lose with a Trump presidency.

There will be a Republican Congress just waiting to gut the ACA.

5. That's been the status quo, how does Trump change that?

Trump may well be the least prepared presidential candidate ever to run as a republican, but he's no more dangerous or scary than any poorly prepared candidate

If elected, which seems doubtful, he'll end up dependent upon advisors and because he doesn't even have an awareness of advisors he'll depend on advice to seat a cabinet and senior WH staff. He's gonna end up with mostly the same advisors and advice aas any r would have and end up with action plans in much the same way he put together a list of potential SCOTUS nominees

7. How would that be the status quo? A Democrat has been President for 8 years to block changes to ACA

A Trump presidency would open the gates for the GOP to do a lot more than just kill the ACA

But that's the reality until WE change it. Problem is, there doesn't seem to be enough WE yet -- not sure how we change that. We "elect" our nominees ... and money/media have a tight grip on that process. WE need to break that cycle.
