The pervy part?

Totally agree on the taking away the feminist message if she flashed him. But I thought it was funny.

anyone at anytime I think is necessary. 'Course at age 60 I'm more likely to traumatize them for life but I reserve the right to flash nonetheless.

I walked in on a 72 year old female patient, and needed to check her apical heartbeat - where you basically place the stethoscope just under the left breast. I told her this, and without missing a beat, she whipped open her gown, under which she had nothing. I'd been planning to listen THROUGH the gown. I don't think I turned bright red, but I'm pretty sure I blinked a few times before continuing.
